Merit offers its members a comprehensive and affordable medical/dental/insurance program specifically designed for the construction industry. This Hourbank Benefit Plan program is transferable between Merit member companies and allows coverage during off-season and lay-offs. A program for salaried (office/supervisory staff) is also available.
