Merit offers its members a comprehensive and affordable medical/dental/insurance program specifically designed for the construction industry. The "Hourbank Benefit Plan" program is transferable between Merit member companies and allows coverage during off-season and lay-offs giving member employees the flexibility they need while in transition. A program for salaried (office/supervisory staff) is also available.

 

Group Retirement Savings Plans (RSP)

Merit has both group RSP and group pension plans.
