Having Great West Life as the provider of the extended
health benefits of Merit's Benefit Plan means having access to
Preferred Vision Services (PVS) vision care discount program on lenses
and eyewear.
The Preferred Vision Services ID card was included with
the November/ December issue of MeritTALK. The card is located at
the bottom of the PVS leaflet. Merit members must present this card
at the optical outlet prior to purchase of eyewear in order to receive
the discount.
